Experienced Administrator/Receptionist required to undertake a variety of tasks to support the smooth running of the office. You will be personable, with good communication and IT skills, along with fast copy typing. Accurate attention to detail is essential, along with common sense and a good work ethic. Your duties will include the following: Typing of CVs and other documentsDealing with visitors to the officeAnswering telephone callsTaking up references and chasing as necessaryUpdating a variety of spreadsheets and documentsDealing with incoming and outgoing postLiaising with colleagues and supporting as requiredCompleting DBS applications and checking identificationAdvertising new vacancies online and keeping up to dateFiling, scanning and photocopying This is a varied and fast-paced full time role, hours of work are 8.45am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
