We are working in partnership with East Sussex County Council to recruit temporary staff across council sites. One of our sites based in Lewes has an opportunity for an organised and thorough administrator to join one of their busy departments on a temporary on going basis.This role would suit someone with excellent communication skills, who can demonstrate high levels of accuracy in their work, together with attention to detail.Specifically the role will require the following skills: Keen attention to detail Competent on MS Office Ability to multi-task - Co-ordinating other departmental administrative processes as directed- Ability to work to deadlines and KPI's- High levels of organisation- Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) competency The successful applicant will have experience of working with a variety of computer systems and producing high quality documentation, including statistical reports together with excellent keyboard skills.
