Overview of the position of Administrator To act as an Administrator in the best interests of the company The role provides administrative support to manager and sales teams and undertakes administrative functions to ensure that the business development, operational and office management are carried out effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities and Duties of the Office Administrator Day-to-day management of managers/ team diary and meeting schedule and liaison with other managersTo assist in the organisation of management meetings and presentations (internal and external), ensuring meeting rooms are prepared in advance with all appropriate IT requirements and refreshments providedSupport in preparing information e.g. presentations, reports, media interviews etc.Composing/drafting correspondenceBeing the gate-keeper and first point of call for manager/teamOrganising travel and assist with the preparation of client / visitor itineraries, entertainment, travel and accommodation as required Client management Liaising with clients via email and phone as per the request of the team.Developing effective systems with manager to ensure the smooth operations of the businessTaking a coordinating overview of all office systems to ensure their effective running and development General office support To assist with general office duties e.g. answering the phone, opening mail, photocopying, and scanning of documentsSet up of video/audio/tele conferencing as requiredCo-ordinating the filing and update of business documentation held in hardcopy and electronically (on 'the cloud')Managing office stationery and supplies To be successful in application for the Administrator position: Experience in working within an office administration environmentHighly professionalSeek to further develop themselvesArticulate and well presentedAbility to demonstrate multitaskingConfident in their IT abilitiesDeliver highly quality standards of work as standard
