Our client, a vibrant expanding company in the centre of Chichester, are looking for enthusiastic Telemarketing Executives with a sales background to join its team and generate leads. This company focuses on promoting products for companies within the insurance sector. Located within a few minutes walking distance of the town centre, train station and numerous bus stops. As the Telemarketing Executive your duties will include: - Outbound calling to promote a range of products. - Generating leads for the sales team. - Following processes. - Meeting targets and helping grow the business. - Working closely with sales and marketing teams to capitalise on the marketing activities. To be a successful Telemarketing Executive you will have the following skills and experience: - Excellent telephone manner. - Accurate data input. - Previously evidence of achieving monthly targets for outbound call volumes and pipeline building. - A positive attitude - Good self-management, time management and organisational skills. - Goal oriented and self-motivated. The Telemarketing Executive will work Monday - Thursday 11am - 8pm, Friday 10am - 7pm in a small and friendly team. In return, the Telemarketing Executive will receive a salary of £17,000 per annum, OTE £23,000 plus 22 days' annual leave plus bank holidays and uncapped achievable commission.
