Our client are a specialist financial service business providing services to both residential and business customersDue to further developments our client is looking to recruit a Trainee Claims Handler/ Administrator to join their team .We are looking for an ambitious individual who is keen to develop a career and is willing to learn .In return you will be offered great long term career opportunities and great benefitsWe are currently looking to recruit an individual with previous administration experience OR / And previous experience of working within Insurance / financial services previously As a Trainee Claims Handler/ Administrator you will be trained to become a specialist Claims handler therefore we are looking for someone who wants to learn and develop a career Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of insurance cases on a daily basisManage all claims from first notification through to settlement, checking that cover applies and obtaining estimates for all claims that require them.Instruct suppliers to proceed with repairs or replacements in most casesInstruct third parties on large claimsConsider, evaluate and action any correspondence to negotiate and settle claims.Proactively handle claims in chasing third partiesIdentify and act upon Clients day to day needs and expectations by meeting agreed service levels and providing a professional serviceEnsure all communications are accurately recorded in Client's recordsCheck all Client documentation for accuracyReview and maintain diaries and database information daily, taking appropriate actionDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with third partiesIdentify complaints, gather information, explain the procedure and pass details to the complaints officerEnsure company and regulatory procedures are followedMeet Compliance The ideal candidate will also require the following skills / experience Will have previous administration experienceWill be commitment to meeting targets and getting resultsWill have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlinesAbility to prioritise and organise own workloadWill have good time managementWill have a positive attitude towards personal and career developmentWill have a sensitivity to and an awareness of the culture of a profit driven and client focused company within the Financial Services sectorWill have good problem solving skills and experienceFurther Knowledge and understanding of FCA regulations or experience within Insurance / financial services would be hugely advantageous although not essential For further information please submit your CV Immediately Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
