Support Technican Apprentice
We are looking to recruit an apprentice to join our busy help desk. They will be providing 1st line support to our customers (both teachers and IT technicians at schools).
Responsibilities will include managing a queue of tickets and actively contacting customers to drive to resolution, providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting all manner of issues and esculating where required, guiding school technicians through installing our systems.
Further, there will be an opportunity to provide IT support to internal staff within the company supporting our Network Team.
They will be required to support the customers via phone, live chat and remote desktop software.
This position would suit someone who is very enthusiastic, keen interest in Information Technology, driven and possesses great communication skills.
They will be working with servers, client machines, active directory, networking as well as learning our web platform, supporting our hardware, and working with our CRM system.
Full training will be provided on supporting our systems. We are a company that seeks to help people progress so there will be a focus on professional development within the role.
The salary on offer is a starting salary and there is the potential for an increase as the apprentice progresses.
