The successful individual will work as part of the sales team to:

  • Generate services revenue from net new clients by identifying potential new target prospects.
  • Undertaking research to include them in our email campaigns.
  • Supporting clients in their buying process and delivering the best customer experience.

The majority of client contact is over the phone, but on occasions they may need an on-site visit which requires travel. The sales process may involve delivering a demonstration of Dynamics CRM, assisting clients with their product and project planning questions and providing proposals and budgeting quotes. On occasions you will assist with contacting existing clients to develop future project opportunities.  You will contribute to the lead generation strategy and execution to ensure the future pipeline continues to be healthy. You will proactively support development of networking relationships for example with Distributors and other Microsoft Partners. The primary measures of success will be creation of qualified net new Cloud9 Developed leads and conversion and achievement of sales service targets as well as licence targets.

This role has a starting salary of £150 per week, however after an initial 6 months review and based on performance, there will be the possibility of earning sales bonus' by meeting and exceeding targets.
