To accept and process reservations to ensure maximum occupancy and accuracy ensuring that all possible information is recorded, i.e. address, guarantee, method of payment, time of arrival and any additional informatio

Ensure exemplary levels of guest service are consistently maintained

Ensure all guest and colleague queries or requests are handled in a polite, efficient and courteous manner

Adhere to all company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected will be received

To post advanced deposits to individual reservations and do a deposit audit

To be fully aware of the facilities of the current competitor set

To fully support the sales team by adopting a sales attitude and obtaining leads

To maximise on revenue via upselling and actively participating in promotional and publicity activities as and when requested.  To promote other services in the hotel - restaurants, bars, retail, spa etc and any special offers they may have

To ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and the local area
