Job Purpose and Summary

As the main gatekeepers for all UK & Ireland eMaintenance related data, you will be responsible for ensuring this data is kept up to date and clear of any errors.  You will also support both the customers and the field with reference to eMaintenance related issues, including the set-up, configuration, toner-levels and communication of these devices with the eMaintenance system.

Working to strict service level agreements you will ensure that customers have the appropriate levels of toner/ink to ensure continued printing and providing the level of service expected.

All training will be provided on all Canon systems.

You will provide all eM-related requests coming through Siebel or the team email account are processed within agreed timescales.

Using your strong organisational skills, you will document and escalate any eMaintenance issues to the appropriate level.

Working as part of a team you will follow all processes and procedures.  In addition to this, within the agreed service levels, you will positively contribute to your individual and team target(s).

To ensure you work effectively within the team, you will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills as you progress in the role.
