An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic and forward thinking nurse to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team and to support the ward manager. The post is based Lewes Victoria Hospital Intermediate Care Unit where we provide inpatient physical rehabilitation, step up and step down admissions.

Integral to this role is the ability to co-ordinate admissions, discharges and transfers through effective organisation and communication with Health Care Professionals across the wider Health and Social care community. The successful applicant will lead a nursing team consisting of qualified nurses, health care assistants and students.

The post includes nights, weekends and bank holidays, and the ability to work flexibly is essential.
