Administration, Customer Service and Stores role available for immediate start.

The role will involve 3 parts- ADMIN, CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND STORES

ADMINISTRATOR/COUNTER ROLE:

  • Clerical and office support. 
  • Producing invoices and quotes for new and existing clients. 
  • Guiding customers in the showroom and making notes on their queries.
  • Unloading deliveries of heavy stock.
  • Stock checking. 
  • Creating presentations and inputting date on to forms. 
  • For the majority of the time you will be based independently in the show room. You will need to multi role whilst on site. 

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Industrial/manufacturing experience is ideal.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
  • Competent in typing email and message taking.
  • Previous experience of working with windows.
  • Candidates will need to have a confident telephone manner.
  • Comfortable working alone. 

HOURS: 0730-1630 Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 0830-1200

PAY: £11 per hour whilst on a temp to perm. £20,000 per annum once permanent after 12 weeks.
