Gatwick Group are hiring for the role of a Projects Administrator:

Salary up to £18000 per annum with a pay review after successfully passing a probation period.

Working 35/40 hours a week. Flexi hours available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotes as directed by PM’s
  • Monitor and respond to all communications (email, phone etc)
  • Assist and complete PQQ and questionnaire’s as directed by the PM’s
  • Management of the Dept and individuals diaries
  • Process all sales orders, Purchase Orders and invoice/financial queries
  • Complete all Dept KPI’s for publication to the GM and
  • Liaise with other depts to ensure efficient use of resource and allocation
  • General typing and IT
