Travel Claims Negotiator
Salary: 18k - £22k DOE + bonus and benefit pckage
I have great pleasure in supporting a highly reputable organisation that is looking to expand their claims team based in their offices in Shoreham.
The role will be to provide outstanding service and process customer's claims through to resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
* Ensure all claims are allocated, set up and are managed
* Deal with priority post, new claims queries and formal complaints effectively and within a greed SLA's
* Deal with customers via correspondence, telephone and email
* Perform independent reviews on policy benefits and approves expenses for claims cases based on the terms and conditions of the policy
* Proactively handle escalated calls through to resolution
* Authorise claims for settlement within your agreed authority limits
* Update claim information accurately on the CRM and case files
* Ensure the highest level of customer service is given to all customers
* Work within FCA and regulatory principles and processes
* Carry out all accountabilities within the framework of TCF, TCP, Fraud prevention and T&C policies
* Work to strict SLA's and KPI's
The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
* Proven insurance claims knowledge
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
