DIGITAL COMMUNICATION MANAGER £30-45K Our client an innovative, independent manufacturing company, are looking to recruit a Digital Communication Manager. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement successful digital marketing strategies and achieve consistent results in support of the Company's business plan in terms of sales, gross profit and market presence. To produce and promote attention-grabbing social media for generating sales leads Overall responsibility for the digital marketing campaign for all Company products and devise strategies to promote the products to increase sales. Generate sales leads and increase the public awareness of Company products and applications. Using digital channels, promote Company's products with current and potential customers and distributors, and subsequently strengthen relationships with those customers and appointed distributors. Strengthen the quality and volume of relationships between the Company and existing and new customers through regular marketing campaign. Collaborate with other staff members to formulate and execute business plans to grow the Company including the provision of market share planning and analysis and product positioning strategy. Understand and contribute to the Company technology and product roadmaps. Coordinate the corporate marketing knowledge base. Direct the targeting of applications work to support the sales and marketing strategy. Manage the corporate communications and social media activities, including Company brand image, marketing collateral, product promotions, shows, exhibitions and conferences. Essential Skills Degree level with relevant experience of a minimum of three years working in the communications and/or marketing of a high- tech product. Experience running digital media campaigns, and an in-depth understanding of the benefits of social medial channels. Have a good understanding of YouTube and how to promote and increase a subscriber base or channel following. Experience in copy writing, graphic design and video recording/editing. Experience with web content management platforms, an understanding of SEO and website metrics. The ability to affect opinions and influence decisions through the use of persuasive, intelligent argument and innovative sales and marketing solutions, whilst maintaining integrity and respect. To be knowledgeable of, and sympathetic to, the commercial and business aspects of any transaction. To possess a confident and assertive personality, an open and approachable manner, strong analytical skills, and be highly driven and self-motivated. To demonstrate a strong marketing ability with a proven track record of generating sales leads. To possess a sound knowledge of marketing techniques, analysis, and sales administration.
