We are looking for a customer driven team player to join our Contact Centre in Haywards Heath to start in the New Year (8th Jan). Salaries start at £17,000 but you will be put a training plan which will multi-skill you and you could earn up to another £1500 - £2500 plus an discretionary incentive of 5% per year. That coupled with a host of benefits including 25 days paid holiday per year make this an exciting opportunity,

The role itself is an inbound Customer Servicing role relating to products such as Travel Insurance and includes First Notification of Loss Call (FNOL)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service with each interaction with the customer
  • Review customer claims in accordance with the customer polic
  • Support the customers through the initial phase of claim (FNOL)
  • Feedback to customer when policy does not cover what they expect
  • Claims assessment and responding to customer with decision
  • Gather and collate all relevant document from the customer to ensure claim can be reviewed

Experience:

  • Good standard of education
  • Numerate and be able to carry out policy calculations
  • Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
