An exciting opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified GP to join a friendly, well-established practice in the Crawley area.

The current partners have 6 sessions available

The package is an outstanding one and are paying up to:

Up to £10,000 per session + Full indemnity & NHS pension

Breakdown of the practice:

• 11400 patients
• 5 partners
• 3 salaried GPs
• Locums only used to cover either maternity or sickness
• Full nursing team – including ANP
• Practice nurses covering all week
• 3 HCAs
• Full supporting admin and reception team
• Practice Manager / Business manager + 2 team leaders
• Minor surgery performed
• Weekly clinical meetings

Typical set up of the day:

• 15 appointments in the morning
• Time allocated for admin
• 12 appointments in the afternoon
• Flexible appointment lengths (not strictly 10 min)
• Clinical Pharmacist to support the GPs with medication reviews and prescribing
• Normally low home visits – mostly covered by ANP
