Administrator- Financial Services
Our award-winning client is seeking to recruit an additional member of staff due to company growth.
Hours of Work
9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday
9am - 5pm, Friday
Purpose of Job
To provide underwriting, purchasing and customer service administrative support to sales team(s) and ensure excellent levels of customer service.
Duties
Submit finance applications to funding partners
Submit complete invoice packs to funding partners
Issue finance documentation directly to clients
Scan and upload completed paperwork to in-house system
Ensure in-house systems are kept updated during all administrative functions
Management of order to invoice process for all allocated accounts
Arranging deliveries and continual monitoring to ensure successful and timely delivery
Raising of commission invoices
Communicate professionally with all staff and deliver solutions when issues arise
Highlight anything that may have a negative effect on the business and ensure that your line manager is aware of any issues
Liaise with supplying dealerships to obtain availability and confirm invoicing prices
Deal with ad hoc queries from customers and or the sales team, and provide information as required
Any other reasonable task as directed by the business managers and directors from time to time
Qualifications & Skills Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities
A sound Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Attention to detail is essential
Demonstrate an intimate knowledge of customer needs, empathise with customers’ situations and be willing to go above and beyond the call of duty
Basic understanding of underwriting functions
Complaint Handling
Due to office location your own transport is essential.
