Home Insurance Customer Advisor - £19,300-£21,000 per annum
If you possess excellent customer service skills, have a high degree of accuracy with strong organisational skills and enjoy working in a team environment, please apply immediately for your chance to be put forward for interview.
In our Contact Centre the majority of your day will be spent on the phone talking to our customers, providing new quotes and dealing with existing customer queries, so you'll need to love communicating with them and building relationships over the phone. We require the ability to learn and retain product information on an ongoing basis as well as using a variety of computer systems. You'll need to be able to handle customer objections and potential complaints along with ensuring that you are doing the right thing for our customers by using your own initiative to find the relevant solution for them. Previous experience in insurance is a plus but not essential as you'll receive the training you need to reach your full potential.

What you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent rate of pay of £19,300 per annum, with this rising to £21,000 after a successful probation period. There are up to £5,000 to be earnt in bonuses as well as various other employee incentives. We offer realistic and genuine progression opportunities, with almost all our team leaders and area managers being promoted from entry level.
What to expect
37.5 hour week - 11.00am-8.00pm Monday-Thursday, 9.30am-6.00pm Friday, as well as some weekends.
