About the role

We are looking for a Resourcer to manage candidate attraction and support our team with all of the administration activities as you develop your skill set. This role is multifunctional with no 2 days the same and you will undertake a range of supporting activities such as candidate sourcing / management, writing adverts, screening candidates, helping with interviews, completing reference checks and daily administration functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting the end to end recruitment processes, working with honesty, integrity and speed.
• Build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
• Work to targets and KPI’s to ensure ongoing pipeline and success
• Work as part of a team - supporting each other and celebrating everyone’s successes

Skills and experience

• At least 12 months full time work experience in recruitment resourcing
• Collaborative, customer-centric approach and with a positive, hardworking attitude
• Ability to develop and build strong relationships with clients & candidates
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Enthusiasm, self-motivation, initiative and the ability to work autonomously
• Goal orientated and have a huge appetite for success
• Proven resilience, tenacity and perseverance
• Strong computer skills
• A team player and have commitment to the team’s success as well as your own
• Good negotiating skills with a view of the big picture
• Strong judgement and decision making skills
