Job Summary
We're looking for dynamic, coachable and driven individuals with a deep rooted desire to progress and grow within a customer service and sales career.
While previous customer service experience is helpful, we are seeking candidates who are willing to learn and be trained and be someone who is interested in building customer relationships.
The ideal candidate has a high work ethic, is open and coachable, loves to try new things and has a passion for customer experience. There is high earning potential with a proven method and coaching for success.
Location: Brighton, East Sussex
Working Days: Monday to Thursday 11.00am-8.00pm, Friday 11.30am-6.00pm
You are required to work 1 in 2 Saturdays a month (9.00am-5.00pm) but will receive a day off in lieu if working the Saturday shift. No Sunday work required
Pay: £19,300/annum, rising to £21,158/annum + commission/bonus structure
Your day-to-day:
- Identify customer needs over the phone
- Energetically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel
- Strategically attack a regional territory to close new business and grow existing accounts
- Maintain a high daily volume of activity including outbound calls, updating customer records & making sales in a busy call center environment
- Be a fantastic team player
