Holiday Park Maintenance Manager
Bognor Area
Up to £30,000 + live in accommodation
My client, a leading Holiday Park company, are on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Manager. The successful applicant will be located on an exciting holiday park but experience in this industry is a must. This is a real chance for someone to come in and help the business evolve and really put your stamp on it.
The role will be productive as well as managerial and will be overseeing the following tasks:
Delivering results via effective team management
Grounds maintenance
Snagging/ repairs in holiday homes
Siting of holiday homes
Tractor driving
Delivery of park monitoring and safety systems
Risk assessments
Sewerage/ Drainage work
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
• Recruiting, training and managing the performance of your team.
• Setting of daily workloads and tasks
• Delivering effective H&S systems across the park
• Delivering high park presentational standards
• Co-ordinating the ordering of stocks from approved suppliers
The successful candidate will have:
• Have a proactive approach
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have the ability to work under pressure with good decision making skills
• Have a professional and outgoing personality
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Be flexible
