Due to continued significant growth we are expanding both our Call Centre and Key Accounts teams who support our clients and deliver a truly unparalleled level of service. As part of the Client Services function you will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, answering queries and providing support to maximise opportunities for both Client and Fusion.

As the link between Clients and internal teams you will have a key role in building the relationship and therefore must be an excellent communicator with first class customer service skills and an understanding of working in a regulated environment.

Required Skills & Experience include:

• Minimum 1 years client or customer services experience, within a regulated industry preferably financial services
• Exceptional phone manner and a genuine enthusiasm for customer service
• IT literate including Word and Excel, previous wealth platform experience is advantageous
• Ability to assist, direct and train from a remote environment
• Ability to use own initiative with a proactive and customer focused approach
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Team player and ability to work autonomously
• Outstanding organisation and time management skills
• Thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment
