Site Manager required for an external refurbishment programme on a large private residential apartment block. The successful Site Manager will be dealing with the existing tenants, so experience in a client facing role is desirable. Site Managers with experience of external repairs, decoration, concrete repair, window / door replacement would be suitable. The successful Site Manager will have led project over £1M in value.

The majority of your projects will be delivered under the JCT suite of contracts, however they do also get involved in some Design and Build work.
