My client has a superb opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their agency, based in Brighton.

The successful candidate will need to be driven and very confident, working with many clients and candidates and developing relationships to generate business.

The Role:

• Managing the 360-recruitment cycle from start to finish
• Cold calling clients to sell recruitment services
• Sourcing and meeting the right candidates
• Organising candidate interviews
• Meeting with high-end clients and pitching our services
• Negotiating fees and salaries
• Closing the deal / Placement for attractive commission bonuses!

You are required to have a driving license and at least 1 year of experience working for a recruitment agency would be advantageous.
