Sales Professional – Hove, uncapped commission structure

Having recently expanded our sales department, we are seeking energetic and enthusiastic sales professionals eager to turn their hard work into huge earning potential. The sales representatives at our company promote our products through effective sales efforts to identified, targeted customers and serve as the company’s primary customer interface. The primary activity of our sales representatives is to effectively represent the company and the company’s products and generate sales through a consultative approach.

Previous phone sales experience is a plus, but more important is the ability to take on new challenges with a positive mental attitude.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude for being a good thinker and problem solver.
  • Love for change and innovation.
  • Go-getter attitude and team spirit.
  • Desire to help our customers
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high performing outbound sales environment

The Package:

  • Base salary of £20,000 per annum
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Range of other employee benefits
  • 10:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Joining a fantastic and vibrant working atmosphere
