Part Time (0.2) Speech & Language Therapist

We are seeking a well-qualified and experienced part time Speech and Language Therapist to join our dedicated Learning Support Department from September 2019. The successful applicant will support a small number of girls with ASD, in individual or small group sessions helping with social communication skills, as well as liaising with teaching staff to provide strategies to help girls reach their potential. The successful applicant should possess a Qualification in Speech and Language Therapy, as well as membership of HCPC. They will have up to date knowledge of a variety of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, including dyslexia and ASD as well as an understanding of communication difficulties in autism and how they affect their social, emotional and cognitive development and wellbeing.
