We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our friendly team, You will work as a essential and central part of our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will bring passion, creativity and experience of working in a busy gastro pub/restaurant environment working as part of a team.

Our food is Modern British/European, sourcing local, fresh ingredients that bring the wonderful produce from the local marsh/farms and fishing boats to our customers tables throughout the year.
Working closely with our talented Head Chef, you will enhance the team throughout the year and be capable of stepping up to cover the Head Chef as required. Producing fresh, local, quality food throughout the year.



Relevant NVQ or equivalent and expected standards in food hygiene expected to position.
Own transport will be required

Good Pay - Salary or hourly paid, (negotiable to level of experience).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (40/45 hrs per week)
Performance annual bonus scheme



current level: 1 year (Preferred)
busy pub-gastro/restaurant: 2 years (Required)
Sous Chef: 1 year (Preferred)
Busy Hotel/Gastro Pub: 1 year (Preferred)
will consider experienced chefs ready to step up to a sous level position.
