Supported Living Manager
A new and exciting position has arisen for a Supported Living Manager to join a leading provider of care to adults with learning disabilities.
The Supported Living Manager will be managing one 24 hour, supported living service for young adults with Autism, profound & multiple learning disabililities and complex needs. As well as encouraging the service users to be independent in their daily lives, you'll be coaching and developing your team with a person-centred focus, inspiring relationships in the wider community and ensuring excellent care is provided throughout the home.
About the Service
As the Supported Living Manager, you will be joining a specialist supported living service for 11 young adults with Autism, PMLD and challenging behaviour. The individuals you'll be supporting all have their own studio flats with en-suits and kitchenettes and the home has its own private swimming pool.

You'll be joining a national organisation that delivers effective person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities, complex need, Autism and challenging behaviour. With over 120 services across they UK, the offer a range over services including supported living, residential, day and outreach services.

Requirements of you as the Registered Manager
* QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent qualification
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Experience working in a Social Care Management setting
* Strong CQC knowledge
Location: Hove, Sussex
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
