Our team are growing and we require a strong technical business analyst who has worked on a range of projects to include change management and process improvements within an agile or waterfall environment.

Duties will include providing business analyst support to the ongoing portfolio of change projects across the company. The role will primarily involve working with stakeholders to identify, document and agree business use cases and requirements, ensuring the project team have a clear view of the business needs. The assessment of change management activities and risk management will be required as we seek to make substantial changes to operational work processes and procedures to ensure we achieve desired efficiencies.

Key responsibilities for this role:

Working within a close team you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all operational projects are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Driving process improvements by assisting with the delivery of change management
  • Consulting with operational teams to determine requirements (operational and technical)
  • Working with internal project teams to implement change
  • Provide business case assessment of proposed change projects
  • Working in an agile environment

•Proven experience of working on projects through the full application lifecycle in an agile working environment

•Strong technical Business Analysis skills, including experience in a range of methodologies, elicitation methods and documentation techniques

•Understand the processes for managing change during periods of operational development

•BCS or ISEB standard qualified or similar
