Apprentice presentations take centre stage at Parkers

PBS Apprentices: "You're hired!"

Apprenticeship successes were celebrated at the Head Office of Parker Building Supplies recently when 8 staff members were presented with certificates for successfully completing their apprentice learning programmes.

7 of the trainees received their certificates for Customer Service from Didac assessor Alison Howe. The other certificate was presented by PBS Operations Manager Phil White for successful completion of the FTA course on Transport and Distribution. The trainees also received financial rewards to reflect their achievements.

Ms Howe said “it has been a pleasure working with such an enthusiastic and committed group and we at Didac look forward to continuing our excellent relationship with PBS trainees in the future”. Mr White recalled how he had been encouraged to train and learn in his early career and stressed that further training would be available for the development of all individuals working for the Company.

Congratulations to all our successful apprentices and welcome to the Parker family.
