Last chance to buy a Snowdog at Martlets Ball

Martlets hospice is offering one last chance to buy a Snowdog at its glamorous Halloween Ball at Brighton’s Grand Hotel on the evening of Saturday 28th October.

Last year’s Snowdog trail around Brighton & Hove was an enormous success for Martlets and the sculptures were quickly snapped up when auctioned; disappointing many hopeful owners.

However, there’s one very last opportunity to give a Snowdog a home with two special edition Snowdog puppies being auctioned to guests at the ball.

Organiser Emma Knight said, “There are still a few tickets left for our Halloween Ball, so now’s the time to sign-up.  It’s the last chance you’ll ever have to bid for a Snowdog puppy.

“We’re hugely grateful to The Salt Room and The Coal Shed for generously sponsoring this year’s ball. It’s going to be quite a night, with dancing until the small hours, raising money that will help us to care for local families.

Marilyn Monroe will be making an appearance so guests can expect cheeky humour, songs and her trademark shimmy in a glitzy entertainment line-up that includes the exuberant band 29 Fingers and the brilliant Master of Ceremonies Steve Bustin.

“However, the highlight of the evening will be our fantastic auction which includes our two Snowdog puppies, designed by well-known Brighton artists Steve Mason and Jason McQuillen.

“So, sign-up for tickets now to avoid disappointment!”

Tickets cost £80 each or £800 for a table of ten.  To find out more visit the Martlets Hospice website, telephone Emma on 01273 718785 or email
