LoveLocalJobs.com are celebrating their first year as a Hastings Cornerstone Employer!

The Hastings Cornerstone area was set up in 2018 through a partnership of Careers & Enterprise Company, Skills East Sussex and East Sussex County Council, and invited employers from the local area to become Cornerstone Employers. Cornerstone Employers pledge to work with schools and colleges in the area to provide young people with encounters of the world of work and commit to inspiring and motivating them to fulfil their potential.

We have been working with another local Cornerstone Employer, Hastings Direct, on delivering our flagship initiative, Be the Change for the past five years as our commitment to supporting young people in the area. In the past year, we have supported 100 students at Bexhill Academy with building employability skills and interacting with employers, fulfilling the Cornerstone Employer commitment.
