Our company is growing, and quickly: Our turnover has grown by 30% since January 2016, and head count by 50%. 

Basic Salary: Salary’s here start at a basic of £20k for entry level sales and work up to £30k + OTE which are uncapped. Typical OTE for the first year £40-50k, second year £70-80K.

Summer hours: Early finish on Fridays and summer hours to help you keep that work/life balance

Monthly social club: Employees contribute £5 each, each month, in turn Harris will match this by double and wil organise an evening of choice by the consultants. 

Commission structure: The commission structure is very different to other consultancies as there is not a cap on how much you can earn here, and you earn commission on every deal you do as there is not a minimum amount you must reach before you starting earning .

 Dress downGherkin

 The company operates a dress down work attire.  This means smart casual clothing is allowed to be worn unless you are attending a client or candidate site.  When you are attending a client or candidate site you must wear full business attire. Every employee should have a trouser or skirt suit available.

Your birthday:  On top of all the annual leave you have and public holidays, we give all of our employees an additional day’s holiday to take off on their birthday.  If your birthday falls on a weekend you will be entitled to take either the Friday or Monday off.

Holiday: 20 days plus all bank holidays plus three days for Christmas period and an additional days holiday for each full years service inline with holiday year (capped at 27 days) 

Chill out zone: Use of our chill out zone to play table tennis.  You can use these facilities before 8:30am, after 6:00pm, between 12:30pm – 02:00pm, or during 15 minute air breaks at 10:30am or 03:30pm.

Table tennis league table : If you choose to join the table tennis league table which runs from the first working day of every month to the last working day of every month you get the chance to have the title of table tennis champion until another employee beats you to the top of  the league 

Free breakfast!! To kick start your days either cereals are available every morning for staff to help themselves.  Free tea and coffee throughout the day is also available to keep our staff alert and healthy!

Team drinks: We have social drinks for all staff to attend a local venue to interact on a regular basis.

Annual parties: We hold an annual bash to celebrate the company achievements that have happened throughout the year.  We take time to recognise staff success.  We aim to take staff to a new venue to reward the hard work for the previous 12 months. An annual company treat and a great night to remember.

Gherkin Private Members:  Access to 30 St Marys Axe!! Yes the Gherkin tower London has a private members club which Harris global are listed as executive members of and have use of the exclusive bar and restaurant on the top floor with amazing views of London surrounding you.  Wine and dine your partner, best friend or family member by using our exclusive membership.  (All staff are welcome once but are to remember that they are still registered under Harris global and representing the company when on site)

Yearly incentive trips : We invite employees who have hit their target and performance indicators on an incentive trip for a 2 night stay away.  This happens twice a year online with the 6 monthly target period.  We reveal at the begin of each 6 monthly period where we will be planning to take you to.
