The hardworking and dedicated teams at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT) deliver high quality medical, nursing and therapeutic care to over 9,000 people a day across East and West Sussex. As key workers, they are continuing to recruit throughout these unprecedented times, processing online applications and conducting video interviews.

SCFT has a wide range of full time, part-time and temporary positions available at all levels of their organisation. Currently, applications to join their bank workforce, Staff Direct, are being prioritised and fast-tracked, helping them to provide additional support to all their services.

Staff Direct members are paid weekly, with a 12.5% supplement to standard NHS Agenda for Change pay rates, and further enhancements for evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working.

• Band 2 Facilities Assistants
• Band 2 Catering Assistants
• Band 5 Staff Nurses
