Introducing #LLJLockdown with Jack the Lad

We don’t want the inability to visit the schools to stop us from inspiring the next generation, so we have created a series of videos focusing on some of the core values from our new programme Dare to Dream. Launched in September and delivered by Jack the Lad, formerly of the Heart Sussex Breakfast Show, Dare to Dream explores key values that are catalysts for positive futures. E.g. gratitude, teamwork, comfort zone, resilience and mindset.

We hope these videos help young people in our local community stay positive during these uncertain and challenging times. Originally made with young people in mind, we think these videos are beneficial to anyone looking for a few minutes of positivity and reflection.
