We are a specialist building company with our particular expertise in Basement waterproofing and Retrofit basement installation.  We perform every aspect of the work from digging out to final plastering.  We also carry out all other types of building work for our clients who are throughout the Redhill, Reigate, Epsom, Croydon, Guildford, Surbiton, Weybridge, Richmond and South London areas.

We are looking for multi skilled site operatives. Carpenters, Groundworkers, labourers, plasterers all considered from zero to very skilled individuals will be OK with us. We are a vibrant local construction firm with a great reputation. We have sites in south London, Surrey, Sussex and further a field. Great rates of pay depending on ability and what you may bring to our friendly team. Driving licence and own vehicle highly desirable.

We handle everything bar the final decoration and carpets but we have involvement in everything else to whatever level our client requires.  We do projects up to a million quid usually with a team of no more than 6 on one site and I think you would be hard pressed to find something we wont attempt.  We specialise in structure and our abilities are second to none in the area.  We will take on the complex stuff many others wouldn’t want to touch, but if its challenging its up my street!!

So we specialise in basements retrofit (so we build one from scratch or water proof and fit out one that is already there maybe with a little more head height) but we do lofts, extensions and landscaping/pure groundworks as well.  We are good and are very highly recommended by our clients.

What we offer is an interview to establish the facts about you and us, then a three day trial fully paid to see how and if you fit with us and vice versa.  We do pretty good rates of pay and these are dependent on age and experience.  We work 8-5 every day with two breaks, have company vehicles but these you have to earn and there are lifts and travel allowances provided if we have to work a little further away.  Everyone likes local but sometimes we get jobs further afield and these we shorten the day for to make allowances or as my guys have just agreed they will work longer days to miss the traffic and earn a paid day off on a Friday??
