Job title - Sales Associate - Residential

Reports to - Head of Residential

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about the EV industry to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Residential, the role holder must be passionate about the Residential and Property sector.

Duties and responsibilities

• Mapping the market to create and start to build your own GTM plan
• Identify and approach prospect clients across fully funded and managed services solution opportunities
• Engaging with clients over the phone, video calls and in person with the view to convert in to partners
• Attending events and conferences to represent EVC and promote our brand
• Buddy up with other team members to strive for more together; be an ambassador for your team mates, our business and our clients
• Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions using CRM systems (Hubspot)
• Building your own personal brand and caring about the image you portray in the sector

Skills/ Experience

• You are driven and an ambitious individual with a passion for Sales - a true people person by nature and you do not shy away from meeting new people and forming new relationships
• Self-driven to build a long term career in commercial B2B sales in the property market with a curiosity to establish yourself in an upcoming, sustainable market: EV Charging Solutions
• You are a team player and willing to work closely with a lean, ambitious 'property' team as they continue to implement our solutions across the UK sector
• This role will suit you if you have 1 - 2 years’ experience already in the real estate sector and want to take your career to the next level and develop within a high growth business.
• Comfortable with data and tech, e.g. using CRM systems, sales analytics tools
• Degree or equivalent qualification desirable but not essential

Additional

• Monday to Friday - Office based
• Salary - £30,000 (DOE)
