You ll be working as a Senior Executive Search Consultant, focusing on technical and executive recruitment in the challenging automotive and mobility technology market. The ideal candidate is a senior recruiter with strong business development skills, capable of sourcing their own positions in a competitive market. You ll need to network and communicate effectively with C–suite and senior leadership, understanding the complexities of the automotive and mobility technology sector. Experience winning business at a senior level, identifying opportunities, and delivering results ideally in technical and executive recruitment is not essential.

By year two, you could be billing GBP200k–GBP250k, with some of the team hitting GBP300k plus by year three or four. The fees are massive here (GBP35k–GBP40k deals), and it s all about quality over quantity. It s a strong, market–leading seat with potential for huge growth!
