Multi Trader wanted for a main contractor

Over at Skilled Careers we are currently recruiting for a number of Multi Trader for a leading main contractor on their contract with a renown housing association.

There are several positions up for grabs, interviews to take place this week!

As a Multi Trader your day to day will look like:

• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high–quality standards.
• Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Please note: A full UK Driving Licence is needed for this role.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to GBP35k per year

Location: Hastings and Bex Hill
