Branch Manager required for our client located in Lewes, a professionally recognised estate agency. The Branch Manager will work closely with their team, downloading new properties that they have brought to the market and downloading new properties that you have brought to the market and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for motivating, inspiring, and managing their team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions.
Branch Manager Remuneration
- Basic Salary: Up to GBP29,000
- On Target Earnings: GBP50,000 GBP80,000
- Car Allowance (up to GBP4,000), or Company Car
- 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
- Holiday Commission
- 33 days paid Holiday + an extra day off for your birthday

Branch Manager Requirements
• Previous experience in a real estate with sales and valuation experience
• Minimum of 6 Months prior managerial experience in a similar role
• A full driving license
• Great customer service and leadership skills
• Strong work ethic
