This role requires a mixture of client care and team development in a really fast paced environment. Leadership duties will include: - Leading and motivating the team to ensure that the highest levels of performance and service standards are achieved with the aim of continuous improvement in quality, performance and efficiency - Ensuring that the team are focused on delivering excellent service to all customers - Conducting development and one on one meetings when appropriate and in line with company procedures. - Ensuring that the real time performance of the team is being actively managed at all times - Ensuring that individual and team performance is managed by means of continuous coaching, review and targeting. - Conducting regular meetings with the team. - Researching competitors pricing and supporting the team to win business. - Assisting the team with sales campaigns, promotions and driving them to achieve targets. - Managing the team's targets and KPI's. Client duties will include: - Dealing with client's orders, enquiries and quotes. - Creating bespoke pricing for special orders. - Assisting customers with technical enquiries. - Dealing with escalations and supporting the team with their clients. In order to be successful you will need the following: - Proven leadership or management experience - Proven people management and development skills - Excellent analytical skills - Proven ability to assess and change processes to achieve positive benefits to the business - The ability to learn quickly to develop technical knowledge quickly. - Focused on achievement of targets - Problem solving skills - Organised with strong administration skills - Committed to the ethos of service excellence
