We have a new role for a Client Account Administration Manager who will be based at Gatwick Airport, West Sussex and immediate start available.  You will be responsible for supporting the Directors with the management and development of Client accounts. This will involve managing all aspects of the commercial relationship, profitability and administration.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Management of the day to day account administration as necessary
  • Understand the customer business strategies, markets, competitive landscape and operating methods
  • Assisting the Director with the execution of customer plans/relationships to drive growth
  • Supporting the Director with full integration of the customer plans across all areas of the business
  • Managing all administration and travel requirements for the Director

The required person:

  • Effective time management and good organisational skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications including Excel, emails and the internet
  • Effective, well developed communication skills – verbal and written 
  • Ability to assist in building a wide network of external and internal contacts
  • Team player
  • Flexibility and occasional travel required 
  • Effective planning and good organisational skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or PA and Customer service experience an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 year
