We're looking for a permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our Insurance Division in either our Crawley or Brighton office. Search Insurance has been delivering bespoke, professional solutions to the general insurance market since 1987.As a Recruitment Consultant, your main focus is to assist and support both our clients with finding quality staff, and our candidates in finding their next career opportunity. Using your sales and networking skills, you'll develop excellent relationships with existing and potential clients across the South East & London, supporting their business in securing the best quality talent in the market. What to expect as a Recruitment Consultant:· Pro-actively source candidates and conduct in-depth Interviews to ascertain their skills, experience and aspirations.· Take candidates to the market as well as promote job opportunities to candidates. · Obtain a detailed description of each and every role, ensuring you fully understand the job and the individual required.· Negotiate with clients on fees and service levels.· Become a key part of your client's recruitment process. About you: Experience working within the insurance market or a successful track record within recruitment.· A proactive approach to business development, self motivated, driven and passionate.· The ability and desire to go the extra mile. · Customer focused with exceptional organisation and communication skills.· A proven track record of developing and building lasting commercial relationships with customers.For your hard work, we offer a competitive uncapped commission structure and a variety of internal incentives and rewards.
