B2B Media/Advertising Salesperson My client who are well established and known in their industry for two magazine titles are now looking to add a further sales person to their team of 10. Previous advertising Sales experience essential. You will be selling advertising space in magazines as well as attending some exhibitions which are a couple of times per annum in Europe and USA. International travel to visit clients is an essential part of this role, circa 3-4 times per annum. Previous sales experience selling in media/ advertising/ publishing is essential, as is the ability to travel overseas. You will work on national & international print publications and on-line media products. You will be targeted to maximise sales revenue and generate new business, both nationally and internationally. Ideal Person: Previous relevant sales experience, with excellent communication skills Good rapport building skills Hard working and self motivated to achieve sales targets Proficient in Microsoft applications as well as previous experience in selling on- line media products Good attention for detail Highly organised willingness to travel Good team player Takes pride in self and in work Salary dependant on experience plus company car / car allowance, generous sales commission.
