Customer Consultant

Customer Consultant SALARY: £17,000 LOCATION: Worthing JOBDESCRIPTION: This role is based in Worthing town centre working for a fantastic award winning financial services organisation that is growing by the day. The company purchase consumer debt from banks and other credit lenders, which they no longer wish to manage. As a Customer Consultant you will work with the customer to find an affordable repayment solution and help them to clear their debt. You will need to be confident, have excellent communication skills, be friendly and have the ability to gather information by building a rapport with customer. The hours of work are shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and some Saturday mornings from 9am to 1pm.
