The opportunity: We have a brand new opportunity for an experienced warehouse worker to join our friendly team based from our Stores in Crawley, West Sussex. As a Stores Supervisor, you will work alongside our Stores Controller to ensure the effective and efficient running of our Stores Department where all repairs, spares and receipt of deliveries are processed, to support our customers such as TfL (Transport for London). You will be pro-active in executing supervisory responsibility to guarantee the Health and Safety of your peers and driving them to perform to the best of their ability. What we're looking for in you: You will have proven experience working in a supervisory position within a production/warehouse environment and will have a "hands on" approach. You will have the ability to complete a variety of required administrative tasks e.g. reports, staff inductions and spreadsheets. You will be a responsible, enthusiastic individual, with the ability to lead and understand business priorities and requirements. You will be a self-motivated and proactive decision maker, able to work unsupervised and as part of a wider team. How was your commute today?
