Kiwi are working with a long established commercial property company based in Chichester. who are recruiting for an Receptionist Office Administrator on a one year fixed term contact to cover Maternity leave. They are small team so getting the right personality to fit in is most important to them. They are looking for somebody who is bright, friendly and professional who would be willing to lend their hand to varying tasks, They have a extremely good reputation within their field and therefore it is paramount that you have a good telephone manner and professional presentation is essential. This role will involve answering the phone, monitoring and ordering stationery and other supplies, post, taking responsibility for the overall appearance of the office, greeting visitors, some typing but not formal dictation, keeping various online records systems up to date, and general administration support. For somebody with more experience this role could involve more responsibility either initially or over time, with further ordering tasks, liaising with our outsourced IT support, supporting our accounts department and some involvement in the smaller properties leasing and management issues. The hours are 9am to 5.30 pm with an hour for lunch. The salary will dependant on experience. This is a one year fixed term contract to cover maternity
