We are currently employing relief, temporary and part-time chefs of all experience to work at locations based around West Sussex. You will be expected to work and maintain kitchens to the highest standards whilst adhering to safety and hygiene regimes. You will supply your own chef whites and knives, and be capable to demonstrate your ability both preparing and presenting food to a high standard. The positions available offer the opportunity to work amongst a brigade of chefs as well as independently. Assignments are situated in various locations across West Sussex therefore own transport is an advantage.
