Claims Customer Service Representative We are looking for talented, enthusiastic and customer focused people to join our claims customer service teams in our Bexhill head office to start in October 2017.

So, what will you be doing as a Claims Customer Service Representative?

Our Claims Customer Service colleagues will be working within the Claims Customer Service department, supporting colleagues, customers and suppliers with general claims queries.

· You will be the first point of contact for customers when they need to speak with us about their claim

· You will be responsible for resolving customer queries first time, through a variety of channels such as
phone, email, online and post

· You will focus on helping customers ensuring that all of their queries are resolved as accurately and efficiently

· Here at Hastings, no two conversations with our customers are the same and will range from servicing our customers through their claims journey to supporting suppliers queries

Please note that our customer contact centre is open from 0800 - 2000 Monday - Friday, 0900 - 1730 Saturday and 09.00 - 17.00 Sunday. As a full time Claims Customer Service Representative you will be required to work a combination of days, evenings and weekends, in order to be there for our customers when they need us, but your working pattern will be provided in advance.
