Call Centre Sales Advisor
My client is currently looking to recruit enthusiastic and ambitious sales staff to join their team based in the center of Brighton. The main objective of this role will be to contact current customers in order ensure they are happy with their product and to promote services.
The ideal candidates should be able to show the following key skills in this customer focused role:
- A consultative sales approach
- A friendly and approachable manor
- Excellent communication skills
- £18,000 starting salary
- A pay increase after six months
- Bonus scheme of up to £4,500 per annum
Shift patterns between:
- 37.5 hour contract
- shifts ranging in 9:00-8:00 pm Monday to Friday
- Saturdays 9:00-5:30.
- opportunity for overtime within this also
- 33 days’ annual leave (bank holidays are classed as normal working days)

This department has set shift patterns based on a 37.5 hour contract, consisting of shifts ranging in 9:00am -8:00 pm during the week and Saturdays 9:00-5:30 (one Saturday every 3 weeks
No Sunday work.
There is opportunity for overtime within this as well.
